Once you purchase the Diet Audit, you'll send me a food journal of one week's worth of your current diet (via My Fitness Pal, Lose It, or other app, or email). I'll review your food diary and give you guidelines and actionable tips to dial in your diet according to your desired outcome, whether that's to build muscle definition; perform at your highest level in the gym, on the road, or on the playing field; or weight loss. This can be done via email, Skype, or phone (20-30 minute call). I'll answer any questions you have during this session and make sure you feel confident going forward.

When you click the green button, you'll be taken to the PayPal website to complete your transaction. I'll then contact you within 12-24 hours with further instructions. After you submit your food journal, I'll review it and get back to you with a plan of action within 24-48 hours and schedule a call (if desired) and/or send you the info via email.
